I can go to a manufacturer who can make and give me the plant;
why should I come to you?
A manufacturer's
core-competency is fabrication. Even if he designs, he may not
know techniques to optimize the design.

What is so great in a plant design or an equipment design?
Good design
ensures that the plant or equipment meets the requirement of the
process by which you want to manufacture your product.

What happens if I put up a plant or set up equipment without proper
design?
No doubt,
with your experience you will be able to produce, but very soon
you may realize your competitor is producing the same product
much cheaper, with a well-designed plant.
4.
You have no experience in designing a plant to produce the product
that we want to make, why should we come to you?
With
over 20 years' process design experience, we pool in our design
expertise from other industries and use it for designing your
plant alongwith your process knowledge. We claim, 'technology'
is yours, 'engineering' is ours.
5.
What if my technology goes out through you?
Yes,
the risk is there. Please go through our track-record and you
will know, we work like doctors, keeping your disease with yourself.
We share our experience and expertise with other Clients, not
technology.
6.
I might retain your services for designing a plant to manufacture
a new product. How will you proceed?
We will
study the process in our lab, set-up a pilot plant, if needed.
Scale-up is our core competency.
7.
How do you charge your Clients?
Where
scope of work is well defined, we charge a lumpsum fees.Where
scope of work is not defined, we prefer to charge on the basis
of man-hours we put in.
8.
It is all fine to get a design from you; how do I implement the
design?
We provide
and take responsibility for detailed engineering services' and
associate with the Project till final commissioning.
9.
Do you take responsibility to get the plant manufactured, erected
and commi- ssioned on a turn-key basis?
No, we
do not have infrastructure to handle a Project on turn-key basis.
While we undertake all technical responsibility and co-ordination
with your Vendors, we prefer finance to be handled by you.
10.
How do you rate your success as Consultants?
We have
Clients with whom we are associated for over a decade. We grow
as the Client grows.
